Thank you Town and Country Animal Rescue for attending our Autism in the Workplace Training and for the incredible work you do for both people and animals in our community! 🐾

We love seeing organizations take steps toward creating more welcoming and inclusive spaces for everyone!

What an amazing experience!! 🥰

Our management staff recently had the incredible opportunity to attend an Autism in the Workplace Training hosted by the Autism Action Partnership 💙

You may not realize it, but so much of the heart behind this rescue comes from people in the neurodivergent community. The love, patience, focus, and connection these staff members and volunteers bring to the animals in our care is something truly special to witness.

Animals have a way of meeting people exactly where they are. No expectations, no judgment, just comfort, trust, and unconditional love. We see every day just how powerful that bond can be. 🥹

This rescue is about creating a safe place for those who need it most (both people and pets alike) and we are so grateful for the opportunity to learn more ways to ensure all feel welcome and supported here. 💕🐾💕🐾

Just a reminder! Prosper Prep: WORK kicks off Monday, June 1! 💼✨

Teens ages 14–19 will explore careers, practice interviews, build workplace skills, and gain real-world experience in a fun and supportive environment. Plus, participants will earn a Pre-Employment Skills Training Certificate! The workshop runs June 1–4 from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM, and registration is just $20.
