The Ombudsman Advocate assists residents in long-term care facilities and assisted living communities by helping to resolve issues and concerns residents may have. The Eastern Nebraska Ombudsman Advocate Program is comprised of two staff members and several volunteers who serve as Ombudsman Advocates to the residents of facilities located in the five-county region of Douglas, Dodge, Cass, Sarpy an
