‼️For those still experiencing issues from the previous outage today, you may call 800.232.7839 or put in a service request at https://www.eastex.com/customer-center/technical-support/ We will troubleshoot individual accounts as needed.

‼️Please DO NOT press "reset" on your modem. This will cause configuration issues.

‼️ UPDATE: 3:54pm - All services restored! If you are still experiencing an outage please unplug your router, wait 5 seconds and plug it back in. Thank you for your patience.

🪏 We’d also like to remind everyone the importance of dialing 811 before digging to ensure there are not utility lines below the ground.

‼️ We are aware of a current outage and are in communication with the up and downstream carrier that is experiencing the issues. They are actively working to correct these issues. We will update you as soon as we have more information.
