I've NEVER had to notify local law enforcement regarding any fi****ms or ammunition purchase I've made. Why would anyone want to start a nation wide, local, fi****ms registration and ownership database?
This is a first step, backdoor attempt at fi****ms registration.

A new rule proposed by the Trump administration would allow the direct shipment of guns to buyer’s homes in what could be one of the biggest changes to gun regulations in recent history.
