Lewis County Citizens for Commission Reform A committee to expand the Board of Commissioners from 3 to 5 members by a vote of the people.

We are a non-partisan, citizen-led committee working to reform the Lewis County Board of Commissioners by expanding it from 3 to 5 members and advocating for salary and redistricting changes.

We're about to send signature sheets out to folks across the county. If you'd like to request one for you to collect a few signatures on (you don't have to fill up the whole sheet) let us know!

Request signature sheets for the 3 to 5 ballot initiative petition drive. Each sheet holds 25 signatures. Return sheets by August 1st, 2026!

We've heard feedback that some people don't like the idea of eliminating the county manager position, which was one hypothetical way we proposed to save the county money.

To clarify, our one and only goal is the commissioner expansion ballot measure. We literally can't make any other changes to positions or county structure.

If there is ever a conversation about the county manager position, it would be between the county commissioners, and we have no say in that decision.

So if you were worried about that aspect of our campaign, don't be! It's only a hypothetical, and has little to do with the actual project at hand.
