FSA loves helping schools! ❤️ 🏫

Our School Preparedness Program is designed to help students with free clothes, snow gear, hygiene products, shoes, sports equipment, lice kits, and school supplies. Parents and school staff coordinate with FSA staff who then work to gather the needed supplies.

Pictured here is Sofia, our SUNY Oneonta intern. Sofia also works at Jefferson Central School and, inspired by FSA's work with the schools, had the great idea to host an FSA pop-up event at JCS to provide students and the school with shirts, pants, and new socks.

🌼 Tis the season for Spring cleaning!
As you make space in your homes, keep FSA in mind to drop off any unwanted items that may be of use to local families. We have a few guidelines for drop offs, including FSA's hours of operation: Monday through Thursday, 9am - 4pm. If you're unsure if we will accept an item, just give us a call and ask!

What a great team of Spring semester interns from SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick College!
Erika, Allison, Sofia, Christina, and Caroline, pictured here doing yard work, they work together in the clothing room greeting people, processing donations, and assisting staff, all while learning how nonprofits operate. It was a pleasure getting to know them and we are grateful for all their help!
