They are partnerships between local businesses and the NYS Department of Labor. These partnerships help keep employers informed and up-to-date on business issues, especially those that affect the workforce. These issues include job fairs, HIPPA, labor related grants and programs, safety and security in the workplace, unemployment insurance, and workers compensation. What do JSECs do?
