The Brookwood family is mourning the loss of Kim Nofsinger who meant so much to our school and our students.

Kim was a Brookwood alum who returned to his alma mater to give back to the school and students he cared so deeply about. Over the years, he touched countless lives through his work as a Jr. High Cross Country Coach, Drama Coach, Forensics Coach, and High School Track Coach.

Kim brought his knowledge, passion, creativity, and dedication to everything he did. We are especially grateful for his valuable input and insight during the recent construction of our new auditorium.

His impact on our students and school community will not be forgotten. Kim will be deeply missed, but the memories he created and the lives he touched will live on.

Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with Kim’s family, friends, and colleagues at this difficult time.

Adventure Awaits!
Brookwood is headed to the beautiful Caribbean island of Puerto Rico in June 2027!

We will tour colonial cities, zip-line through rainforests, relax on beaches, explore bioluminescent bays, learn about the island's rich fusion of Taíno, Spanish, and African heritage, and much more!

Please join Mrs. Parry for an informational meeting on Tuesday, September 8th at 5:30 pm to learn more about this trip. The meeting will be held in her classroom.
