Inland Fair Housing and Mediation Board (IFHMB) is a non-profit, public benefit corporation that has served San Bernardino County and parts of Riverside and Imperial Counties in Southern California since 1980. ints, and disputes in court through the provision of resource recommendations, education, and mediation. We promote equal access and opportunity in housing choice by providing education on fair housing laws, investigation of discrimination complaints, and assistance to individuals who wish to file a complaint. Landlord/Tenant and Mobile Home Mediation
We provide information to landlords, tenants, and mobile home park owners and residents regarding their rights and responsibilities under the law. Additionally, our mediators facilitate negotiations between parties when complaints or disputes arise. Housing Counseling
We offer counseling services to sustain homeownership including foreclosure avoidance, financial literacy, reverse mortgage, first-time homebuyer, and information about eligibility for federal or state programs. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Using mediation techniques, we offer a flexible, less expensive, and less time consuming way to resolve small claims, unlawful detainers, and civil and family law disputes outside of the courtroom. Senior Services
We help individuals 55+ identify community resources and find solutions to issues related to Social Security, Medi-Cal, utility companies, collection agencies, neighbor disputes and more.
