What do you plan to do if elected? I plan to immediately create a committee to start to investigate several departments like the Florida Regulations Department, The Judges Qualification Commission, The Florida Bar, the States Attorney's for starters. The Florida Regulation Department is the department who regulates the Financial Institutes that committed the frauds that brought the real estate mar
ket down into its present condition. The Florida Bar is supposed to investigate the Lawyers or Law Firms who were involved in the fraudulent foreclosures and the modification scams. The Qualification Judges because it took Judges to pull this fraud off. The State Attorney Bill McCollum who sat back and did nothing along with State Attorney Pam Bondi who has not done anything either, to bring anyone to justice. Then I will work on the law enforcement agencies by reconstruction of their departments also. I will also fight for further clarity of the Rule of Ethics. I plan to raise the bar on Education by making sure that more funding is allocated to further upgrade their technology and Learning materials. I will pass legislatures holding more teachers and Professors accountable for the success and the failures of their students. I will create more incentives to raise employment. I will work hard to raise employment and drop the unemployment numbers. Resolve the Health Care issue which affect certain people that have ended up in a gray area with the Obama Care. Resolve issue of Senior citizens paying property taxes after retirement when they no longer pay income taxes because their income is no longer a salary, but, a benefit.
