💛A little piece of Opp History💛

Opp’s second school building was a brick structure built in 1915, enlarged in 1938, and demolished in 1968. It replaced the original wood-frame school building that burned in 1914 and had been constructed before Opp’s streets were paved. The inset picture shows a closer view of the building. This painting was donated by Gus J. Bryan and is now located in the Opp Depot.

🎶 BIG NEWS, OPP! 🎶

We're thrilled to announce that local favorite Mason Browder will be performing at our Night at the Market on Friday, June 12th!

From 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., Mason will bring an incredible mix of acoustic rock, country, and all your favorite 90s hits to the Opp Farmers Market. If you've heard him perform before, you already know you're in for a great show. If you haven't, this is the perfect chance to experience one of our area's talented musicians live.

Our Night at the Market will be open from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., giving you plenty of time to shop with local vendors, pick up farm-fresh goods, enjoy dinner, and spend the evening with friends and family while enjoying live music throughout the market.

We love showcasing the talent that calls our area home, and Mason is the perfect addition to what is shaping up to be one of our biggest and most exciting market events of the summer.
