THE CAST OF “SUITE SURRENDER” IS HERE! 🌴☀️🏨

We were absolutely blown away by the talent at auditions this year. So much talent, in fact, that one cast simply wasn’t enough!

We’re excited to announce our Varsity and JV Companies for “Suite Surrender”! Congratulations to everyone cast — we cannot wait to get to work and bring this hilarious show to life!

To those who didn’t see their name on a cast list this time, PLEASE keep showing up, auditioning, and putting yourself out there. Casting one show can never measure your talent or your potential, and there are so many more opportunities ahead. We’re proud of every student who had the courage to audition!

It’s time to kick off our 2026–2027 theatre season with our fall production of “Suite Surrender!”

This fast-paced comedy is full of larger-than-life characters, mistaken identities, slammed doors, and absolute chaos — and we’re looking for an incredible group of students to bring it to life!

WANT TO BE ON STAGE? Auditions are open to students of all experience levels, Grades 7-12. Whether you’ve been in every show or you’ve never auditioned before, we encourage you to come give it a try!

🌟Coastal Spotlight Theatre Camp🌟 officially kicked off today, and we’re already having so much fun!

Over the next two weeks, our amazing campers will be working hard to bring Finding Nemo KIDS to life. From learning lines and songs to rehearsing choreography and building confidence on stage, they’re putting in a lot of hard work to create an incredible show for our community. 🎭

We’d love for you to come cheer them on! Join us on Friday, July 17, at 7:00 PM as they present Finding Nemo KIDS. Your support means the world to these young performers, and we can’t wait to share all of their hard work with you!

Have you missed us? Well, we’ve been hard at work since school ended…

We are officially ONE week away from our first Coastal Spotlight Theatre Camp! OBMHS is so excited to partner with the City of Orange Beach to host this 2 week camp for the young people of our community. 70 campers and over 30 Instructors, Counselors, and Jr. Counselors…it’s going to be the best camp EVER! Stay tuned…we can’t wait for you to get a glimpse of the magic ✨

We closed Seussical a week ago today, and it still doesn’t feel real.

What an absolutely epic weekend. The energy surrounding this show was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and having Kevin Chamberlin with us was more than we could have ever asked for. He was kind, gracious, encouraging, and genuinely excited to be part of what we were creating. It meant the world to our students and our entire community.

Thank you to everyone who made this production so special- everyone who came to the show, the families and community members who rallied around us, our sponsors and supporters, the local artists and theatre technicians who helped us create something so beautiful, and Orange Beach City Schools for continuing to believe in and invest in the arts.

Most of all, thank you to our students. Your talent, heart, dedication, and love for each other are what made this show unforgettable. Watching you grow, support one another, and bring this story to life has been one of the greatest joys.

We’ll never forget this one.
