The DeLand & Greater West Volusia Chamber of Commerce proudly presents the 2026 State of the City Series, a four-part event highlighting the cities of Orange City, DeLand, DeBary, and Deltona.

Each event features a keynote address from the respective city's mayor, offering valuable insights into local accomplishments, current initiatives, upcoming projects, and each community's vision for the future.

Join us from 8:00โ€“8:30 AM for networking and coffee before the program begins at 8:30 AM. Admission is free for all events, but reservations are required, as seating is limited.

ATTENTIONโ€ผ๏ธ: We're partnering with Volusia County Schools, Volusia County and Orange City Historic Preservation to host a special opportunity to stroll through the old Orange City Elementary School one more time!

Students, alumni and community members are welcome to reminisce the historic Orange Elementary School Saturday, April 11 from 9 to 11 a.m. on the entrance steps and throughout the outdoor areas. This is the community's opportunity to share memories, and say goodbye to the old school building.

Orange City is partnering with University High School to host a High School Employment and Volunteer Fair Friday, April 10 from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at University High School, 1000 W. Rhode Island Ave.

The fair is seeking participation from local businesses and organizations that offer part-time job opportunities and/or volunteer positions for high school students.

Vendors must complete an application, consent to a background check, and submit a copy of their driverโ€™s license as part of the registration process. To register, visit https://tinyurl.com/8m733zzk.
