We want to thank everyone who has helped shape the next generation of Democratic leaders in OCYD by supporting our trip to San Diego for the State Leadership Conference, where we’ll endorse Democrats from across California for the November general election.

Democratic Women of South Orange County has been working to uplift and engage young Democrats across South County. Mayor Connor Traut is on track to become the first young Democrat elected to the Orange County Board of Supervisors. And Kathleen Treseder continues to fight for young people and represent her constituents at UCI on the Irvine City Council.

Join us for the Orange County Young Democrats Candidate Endorsement Meeting on Friday, August 7th at 7 PM in Santa Ana. đź’™

This meeting will serve as our official endorsement session, where voting-eligible members will have the opportunity to hear from candidates and participate in the endorsement process.

Only Members in Good Standing (MIGs) will be eligible to vote on endorsements. Those not in good standing are still encouraged to attend, observe, and engage in the process.

RSVP: OCYD.US/August

Reminder: The eligibility deadline for Members in Good Standing was July 20th. For endorsement voting purposes, MIGs must have an active membership within the designated eligibility window.

We encourage all members to attend, stay informed, and help shape the future of our organization and the candidates we support.
