This is an important city wide issue. The developer wants to change our General Plan in order to build 400 unit on an area that has been designed OPEN SPACE. This is a bad deal for Orange.

Approximately 96-acres of the 110-acre Sully Miller sand and gravel property has been designated "Permanent Open Space" by the OPA Specific Plan and the East Orange Community Plan since the 1970's.
