We welcomed 23 new members to the Orange and Milford CERT teams earlier this month at our class of 2026 graduation ceremony. 🎓

Thanks to the Town of Orange Fire Marshal's Office, Orange Volunteer Fire Department, and Town of Orange, Connecticut, Police Department for helping us train and learn - we are grateful to Chief Dumas, Chief Gagne, and Assistant Chief Martins for helping us celebrate the occasion.

Please join us in giving a big CERT welcome to our newest members 👏 🎉. We look forward to serving our communities during the busy summer months! 🎡🎆🚜

The Orange CERT spring training classes will run every Wednesday from 7-9pm starting March 11th for approximately nine weeks, and will be run jointly with Milford CERT.

We primarily serve our community by:

⚪️ Providing public safety services at town events
⚪️ Operating the emergency shelter at High Plains
⚪️ Lending a helping hand to the Town of Orange, Connecticut, Police Department and Orange Volunteer Fire Department in times of need

Our training includes:

✔️ disaster medical operations
