FREDERICK FASCENELLI
Experience, integrity and humility are optimal qualities to be a Superior Court judge. As a sole practitioner, I have tried over 100 jury trials, in Criminal, Probate and Family Court. The only requirement to be qualified by the Judicial Council of California is that one has to have been an attorney admitted to practice law in California for 10 years.
Irrespective of the parties’ social or economic status, equality in the eyes of the court is a fundamental right. The aspect that in the United States all defendants, regardless of the severity of the accused crime, are presumed innocent unless proven guilty, separates our nation from the legal system practiced throughout the rest of the world.
As a private businessman, husband and father of three school-aged children, I understand the impartiality, temperament and humility that a judge must maintain to deliver justice equally. The experience that I have on the other side of the judicial bench will translate into a well-rounded Superior Court judge for Orange County.
