North Clackamas Parks & Recreation District North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District is dedicated to enriching community vitality and promoting healthy living through parks and recreation.

The North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District is a service district of Clackamas County government dedicated to providing park and recreation programs, facilities and services. The Parks District, is about 27 square miles in area, including Milwaukie and a large area of unincorporated Clackamas County, and serves over 105,000 residents.

Dive into fun at North Clackamas Aquatic Park—your local oasis for endless summer adventure! Big Surf Recreation Swim is now offered seven days a week from 12:30–3:30 p.m. Come zip down thrilling water slides, ride the waves, and splash around with friends! The District Advisory Committee (DAC) will be hosting a special community roundtable discussion tonight, June 10 at 5:30 p.m., to discuss the long-term financial sustainability of NCPRD. Residents will have an opportunity to share their ideas, perspectives, and concerns about the future of funding for NCPRD with the DAC.

The meeting will be held at the Concord Community Center (3811 SE Concord Road) and can also be attended virtually via Zoom. View the agenda and access the meeting link at: ncprd.org/public-meetings.

Mix and match summer camps to create a schedule that works best for your family!

Did you know that NCPRD makes it easy to build a full‑day summer camp experience for your child? Families can register for both morning and afternoon half‑day camps. When kids are enrolled in both sessions, they can take advantage of supervised in‑between care during the midday transition.

In‑between care is currently available on the following dates:
☀️ Concord Community Center & Park: June 29–July 2 and August 3–7
☀️ Mt. Scott Elementary: July 6–10, July 13–17, July 20–24, and August 10–14
