As we age, it’s natural for things to feel a little different… but understanding why can make all the difference.

I wanted to share a really special (and FREE!) community event happening next week that I think could be incredibly valuable for so many of us.

Whether you’re currently caring for a loved one, anticipate that season in the future, or simply want to be prepared — this Age Wise PDX event is all about navigating caregiving with clarity, support, and the right resources.

We’ll have a guest speaker from AARP sharing practical guidance on:
✔️ Caring for family or friends
✔️ Getting organized and creating a plan
✔️ Understanding available resources
✔️ Taking care of yourself along the way

📍 Park Place Church, Oregon City

This is such an important topic that touches so many families, and it’s a great opportunity to learn in a supportive environment.
