In 1962, President John F. Kennedy proclaimed May 15th as National Peace Officer’s Memorial Day. As we reflect on this day, we honor the brave law enforcement officers across the nation and here in Clackamas County, who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to their communities. Their courage, commitment, and selflessness will never be forgotten.
