Buckeye Pipeline has informed us that this lane Closure work has been delayed until further notice due to the weather and contractor scheduling.

🚧LANE CLOSURE🚧
Motorists can expect to experience a lane closure in the 600 Block of Coy Road between Navarre Avenue and Yorktown Drive.
The lane closure is necessary to allow Degen Excavating to perform maintenance work on a Buckeye Partners pipeline located along the west side of Coy Road.
One lane of traffic will be maintained through the work zone using portable traffic signals. Motorists should expect minor delays and use caution when traveling through the area.
This work is expected to be completed by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026.
This special traffic regulation above noted is hereby approved as an emergency and temporary measure by authority of the Oregon Municipal Code. Anyone with questions or comments regarding the above closure may contact the Director of Public Service’s office at (419) 698-7047.
