The Create Better Health Summer Challenge is a 13-week program designed to help you build healthy habits, stay active, and improve overall well-being.

Track your progress, stay motivated through community support, and finish strong with a celebratory 5K event available both in-person and virtually! 100% of the proceeds for this event will support Create Better Health Hub’s efforts to improve food access and provide nutrition education across Utah.

How it works:
💻Register for the Healthy Summer Challenge
🍎Participate daily with simple, achievable healthy actions
📈Track your progress throughout the challenge
🏆Earn points to receive raffle entries
🏃Celebrate your success by completing the 5K in September
🥳Enter to win exciting prizes!

The challenge begins on June 21, 2026 and ends on September 23, 2026.
The in-person 5K event will be on Saturday, September 12 @ 8:00 AM at Utah State University's campus in Logan, Utah. There will also be a virtual 5K option.
