A huge thank you to Texas Roadhouse for hosting the Orem Police vs Orem Fire Rib Eating Contest! We had a great time and got to raise some money for a great community resource, the Children's Justice Center.
We look forward to defending our title next year!

We are excited to partner with Texas Roadhouse to raise funds for local charities, and the winning department gets to support their designated cause. 💳 QUICK FAVOR: CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS 👀

Our detectives are investigating a fraud ring that used stolen credit and debit card information to make unauthorized purchases at several unrelated retailers. The retailers are assisting with the investigation as detectives work to identify additional victims.

$300 at Costco when you only went in for a rotisserie chicken? We get it. 😂

But if you notice a charge you didn’t authorize from Costco, RC Willey, PC Laptops, or Expercom, our detectives would like to hear from you.

This investigation involves fraudulent tap to pay purchases made over the past few months. Information from additional victims may help us identify those responsible, uncover additional fraudulent transactions, and prevent more people from becoming victims.

👉 Please check your recent bank and credit card statements. If you find an unauthorized charge matching this investigation, contact the Orem Police Department and ask for Detective Sgt. Bullard.
