Discover the overlooked history of the Chinese immigrants who helped shape Napa Valley's vineyards, railroads, farms, and businesses in the late 19th century.

Produced by the Napa County Historical Society and based on the book by author and Lafayette Vice Mayor, John McCormick, this documentary uses historical images, research, and interviews to bring a long-hidden chapter of California history back into view.

Selected for the California Capital International Documentary Film Festival.

Join us for an early screening of the film, followed by a Q&A with John McCormick and filmmaker Jeff Hamilton.

No tickets. Seats are first come, first served. Doors open at 1:30 p.m
