Glenn County Young Farmers & Ranchers

Glenn County Young Farmers & Ranchers A sub-committee of Glenn County Farm Bureau, for those 18-35, focused on promoting youth agriculture education and supporting the future of agriculture.

Main activities of the Glenn County YF&R include:
• Farm Day for 4th graders held each September, providing hands-on learning for students
• Orland and Willows Library readings and book donations
• Breakfast at the Bureau, to introduce high school juniors and seniors to the benefits of Farm Bureau in the collegiate and professional lives
• National Ag Day Bus Tour, held each March, showcasing local agricultural successes
