Criminals are targeting seniors at an alarming rate.

In 2024, we teamed up with the Satellite Beach Fire Department to expand access to our “A Matter of Balance” fall prevention workshop, and it’s already helped dozens of seniors develop the tools and confidence to safely navigate everyday life.

Much of Central Florida’s aging community hasn’t fully recovered from Hurricane Ian.

This August, Senior Resource Alliance helped those victims prepare for future hurricanes by providing them with free storm kits during an event at Church and Community Assistance Program, INC - CCAP.

Attendees also learned about local resources that support independent aging, such as meal deliveries and utility bill assistance.
