Twenty-five years later, the Orlando Fire Department continues its tradition of honoring the 404 first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.

Join OFD for its 25th Anniversary September 11 Candlelight Remembrance Ceremony as we remember their courage, their service and their lasting impact on the fire service.

CALL FOR PARADE PARTICIPANTS! 🇺🇸

The 27th Annual City of Orlando Veterans Day Parade is coming up, and we’re looking for veteran groups, community organizations, marching bands and ROTC units to join us in honoring those who served.

This year’s theme is “Veterans Helping Veterans and Their Families,” celebrating the veterans, families and communities who continue to support one another.

ALL CLEAR: No credible threat was discovered following an investigation into the suspicious incident. The scene has been cleared, and all personnel may return to City Hall. Roadways are expected to reopen.

Thank you to the UCF Police Department and Orange County Sheriff’s Office for assisting with the incident.
