Meet Noris Sanchez, our Director of Operations. 🌟

Noris did not find her way to language services by accident. She lived it.

At five years old, she emigrated from the Dominican Republic to the United States starting first grade mid-year without knowing a word of English. She soon became her family's interpreter. She helped her father understand client calls he recorded on cassette tapes. She missed school to interpret at her mother's medical appointments.

In her own words:
"I could probably share hundreds of stories where the ability to communicate in multiple languages truly changed our experience, gave us comfort, and helped us feel heard."

That is the foundation she brings to CCI Group every single day.

We are proud to announce that CCI Group has been awarded Sourcewell Contract #081225-IDY for Translation, Interpretation, and Global Language Solutions.

This cooperative contract allows eligible public agencies including federal, state, and local governments, K-12 school districts, higher education institutions, nonprofits, and tribal governments to access CCI's full range of language services without the need for a separate competitive solicitation.

Our contract scope includes human translation and proofreading, onsite interpreting, virtual and video remote interpreting, over-the-phone interpreting, sign language services, and CART all available in 350+ languages.
