As some of you know, I lost the love of my life this week. There isn't time or space to tell you what a wonderful woman Liz was, but I'm sure many of you know. I have been a bit overwhelmed by condolences, well wishes, and offers of "anything I can do to help." So I thought I would put it out there that THIS is what you can do to help.
