Delivering Capabilities Faster than Ever!

During Ivy Mass last month, personnel from our Project Lead Threat Systems Management Office (PL TSMO) utilized the MAMBA-E threat system to demonstrate highly complex electronic attack techniques, prompting operational units to request it for their own organic use.

As a direct result of Ivy Mass, the Army plans to capitalize on this success, bypass traditional lengthy acquisition cycles, and rapidly transition effective, lower-cost threat systems like MAMBA-E into offensive capabilities for the warfighter.

Today, June 6, 2026, marks the 82nd anniversary of D-Day (“Operation Overlord”), where thousands of U.S. and Allied service members bravely fought – many making the ultimate sacrifice – to defend future generations against the spread of tyranny and evil. It is our solemn obligation to defend the values and way of life they fought for.

We are on the West Coast today, as a representative from our Project Lead Threat Systems Management Office (PL TSMO) will be taking part in a panel discussion as part of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter Association of the United States Army’s Space: Enabling Multi-Domain Operations Symposium.

The Army is focused on creating its Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) with the latest innovative technology, leveraging 21st Century experimentation. NGC2 will leverage space capabilities to enable the warfighter at every echelon and in every operational environment.

PL TSMO provides realistic threats that represent today’s complex warfighting environment. The PL TSMO portfolio includes threat emulation systems for electronic warfare, cyber, uncrewed aerial systems, and information advantage activities, and is one of only five CYBERCOM-accredited Red Teams authorized to perform full-spectrum cyber and physical threat assessments across Department of War systems.

In future conflicts, near-peer adversaries will not limit their electronic warfare and cyber-attacks. As a result, it is critical for the Army to remove the “training wheels” from future operational assessments and subject NGC2 and other future systems to a fully realistic threat environment.

We replicate those threats!
