We had a great day participating in the Town of Orleans, MA first annual Resource Fair. Thank you to EMS Coordinator Brandon Henderson for running a free car seat check station and bringing an engine for Touch-a-Truck!

Car seats installed wrong are one of the most common (and most fixable) safety issues out there. Brandon Henderson, EMS Coordinator, breaks down what OFD will be doing at Saturday's Community Resource Fair - free car seat safety checks and Touch-A-Truck, alongside Orleans Police and DPW.

Sept 26, 11am-2pm at Nauset Middle School.

Also on hand: food truck, live music, and local health, housing, and human services resources.

Free and open to the public.

We had a visit from Brian Butler of The Upper Hand Art! Brian is the artist behind our 2026 Pancake Breakfast tee shirts and we hope to see more of his work in the future. Thanks for your support Brian and we hope Gabby & Jonny did a good job showing you around!

Appreciation post for Molly Avellar Jewelry of Adorn Cape Cod for helping craft a very special item for this year's Pancake Breakfast!
With Molly's help we were able to customize our culinary tools in honor of Minot "Little Joe" Reynolds Jr.
Thank you!

A big Thank You to all who turned out for this year’s Annual Pancake Breakfast
🥞
We hope you had as much fun as we did! It’s one of our favorite days of the year and we truly appreciate your generosity supporting the Orleans Firefighters Scholarship Fund! Special thanks to Orleans Recreation, Culture & Community Events staff for partnering to make this event next level! Also a big thanks to our talented tee shirt artist Brian Butler The Upper Hand Art & Molly Avellar of Adorn Cape Cod who engraved our very special Minot Reynolds Jr. memorial spatulas. We wouldn’t be celebrating this day without him and his family.
