Command Medical Products Announces Acquisition of IMATS in Costa Rica!

Command Medical Products LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of Injection Moulding & Tooling Services S.A. (IMATS), a Costa Rica-based provider of precision injection molding solutions for medical device applications.

This acquisition is an important part of Command Medical Products’ growth strategy and establishes our Costa Rica facility as our Center of Excellence for injection molding.

“We are excited to welcome IMATS to the Command family,” said Command Medical Products CEO Mike Fillion. “IMATS adds important injection molding and tooling capabilities that complement Command’s existing extrusion, welding, and assembly operations. The combination expands the manufacturing solutions we can provide customers and enhances our ability to serve as a single-source partner across a broader range of projects.”

Patriot Day: Remembering 9/11

Twenty-five years ago, the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, claimed nearly 3,000 lives in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

Today, Command Medical Products honors those who were lost, the first responders who ran toward danger and the countless
individuals who demonstrated extraordinary courage and compassion.

In times of adversity, our shared values and commitment to freedom and justice make us stronger.

Paws with a Purpose

Team Command recently welcomed Old Glory Service Dogs to our monthly employee meeting.
We enjoyed meeting their incredible service dog teams and learning how the organization supports military veterans, law enforcement officers, firefighters and EMS professionals
through training, community, and continued support.
Their meaningful work closely reflects our Core Values especially Employees’ Well-Being and Community Stewardship.

Now through Friday, August 7, is supporting Provision Packs Pantry and its mission to fight childhood hunger in our local community.
Provision Packs provides nutritious weekend meal packs to children who may otherwise face hunger when school meals are unavailable.

Together, we can help stock the pantry, support local families, and ensure more children have the nourishment they need to learn, grow, and thrive.
