We are proud to announce this Grant opportunity to any Law Enforcement agency in the U.S. This is in recognition of the time I spent on the Belleville, IL Police Department in the 1980's and early 1990's, especially in preparation for my second Olympics in 1988 in Seoul, SK.
Police Officers are the best (tied with Firefighters, IMO). Thank you gentlemen (all guys back then) and women, for your past support and doing what you do now.

Now, it is time for me to look for ways to give back.
