While Long Lake Fire may now be part of something new, one tradition we’ll always love is our Pancake Breakfast and we’re excited to see it continue this Sunday!

Join us for a delicious breakfast, friendly faces, and a chance to gather as a community. It’s a tradition worth keeping.

And while you’re at it, be sure to follow Shoreline Fire MN to stay up to date on everything fire happening across Orono, Long Lake, and Minnetonka Beach.

As we begin a new chapter, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire community for the incredible support you’ve shown the Long Lake Fire Department over the years. Your encouragement, trust, and partnership have meant everything to us.

We are excited for what comes next as we transition into the new Shoreline Fire Department. While our name is changing, our commitment remains the same- delivering the highest level of service, safety, and care to the communities we proudly serve.

Last night, the LLFD (soon to be Shoreline FD) held a brief "push-in" ceremony for the new Rescue 11! Starting immediately, Rescue 11 will roll out of Station 1 as our first-out medical and rescue apparatus. Also equipped for grass fires, vehicle extrication and water rescue emergencies, Rescue 11 is the new "Swiss Army Knife" of the department! Welcome to the fleet, Rescue 11!
