OROVILLE ANNUAL SPRING CLEAN-UP

Residents may schedule pickups by contacting City Hall at 476-2926. Pickup date will be Wednesday, April 1st, 2026.

The City of Oroville will no longer be accepting regular household garbage, tires, etc. Burnables (leaves, tree limbs, grass clippings, etc.) will be accepted although they must be separated and placed into cardboard boxes, paper bags or plastic bags. Limbs should be bundled for easy pickup.

*Leaves and lawn clippings can always be dumped at the sewer treatment plant located at the south end of Juniper.*

In addition to burnables, appliances and some metals will be picked up at no charge.

The Mayor and City Council are encouraging all residents and property owners to take pride in our community by participating in the Spring Clean-up. Take advantage of this opportunity to cleanup your neighborhood.

Holiday Closure Notice:

The City Hall, City Shop, and Police Department will be closed on Monday, February 16th, 2026 for the President's Day Holiday.

Monday garbage pickup on the 16th will be picked up on Tuesday the 17th.

Water Shut Off Notice:

Tuesday, February 10th from 9:30AM-3:30PM water may be off for residents along Highland Drive, Summit Drive, and Loomis-Oroville Rd as repairs are being made.

City Hall will be closed on both Wednesday, December 24th and Thursday, December 25th for the Christmas Holiday.

City Shop and Police Department will be closed on Thursday, December 25th for the Christmas Holiday.

Garbage pickup on Thursday the 25th will be picked up on Friday the 26th.

City Hall, City Shop, and the Police Department will be closed Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November 28th for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Garbage pickup for Thursday will be picked up on Wednesday the 26th and Friday pickup will be picked up on Monday, December 1st.
