- Sexual content or links to sexual content;
- Profane language or content;
- Solicitations of commerce;
- Content that personally attacks another user, threatens or defames any person or organization;
- Conduct or encouragement of illegal activity;
- Posts or links that contain malicious software (malware) such as viruses, worms, trojans, rootkits, spyware, adware, or any other unwanted software;
- Information that may compromise the safety or security of the public or public systems;
- Disclosure of confidential, sensitive or proprietary information, including personal health information (including images) about an individual who is a beneficiary of a government program providing healthcare services (whether it is you or another person);
- Content that violates a legal ownership interest of another party, including, but not limited to, infringement of a copyright, trademark, or any other registered mark;
- Spam comments, such as the same comment posed repeatedly on a profile;
- Content that is not typically related to the particular posting/permitted subject matters. BCPH believes these limitations/restrictions to be reasonably necessary to encourage public participation and foster discussion of the issues for which the forum was created by maintaining a civil discourse and permitting all differing viewpoints on the approved topics. BCPH will routinely monitor the comments posted by other users of this site/service, and any comments that are not in line with these limitations/restrictions will be removed. All links posted as comments on BCPH’s Facebook webpage will be reviewed and may be deleted. Repeated violations of these limitations/restrictions may cause the author to be blocked from the BCPH Facebook webpage. BCPH intends its applications of these purposes and restrictions to be made in a manner that is viewpoint neutral and is consistent over time. BCPH does not intend for this forum to become a fully-open avenue for public discourse but rather is using this site/service for discussion of a limited nature. Site/Service Terms: All comments posted to BCPH’s Facebook site are bound by Facebook’s Terms of Service, located at http://www.facebook.com/terms.php, and the County of Butte (County) and BCPH reserve the right to report any violation of Facebook’s Terms of Service to Facebook with the intent of Facebook taking appropriate and reasonable responsive action. To the extent that any user believes a comment has been made in violation of Facebook’s Terms of Service, that person should contact Facebook rather than contacting the County/BCPH, as the County/BCPH has no obligation to enforce Facebook’s Terms of Service. Responsibility for Content: Except for information disseminated by BCPH, any information posted or submitted by other users expresses the views of the person submitting such information and do not necessarily represent the views of the County or BCPH, and neither the County nor BCPH is responsible for the opinions and information shared by others.
