Yesterday, we kicked off our Summer Reading Program with a fantastic celebration, marking the start of an exciting season of reading and activities! Thanks to the generosity of our community sponsors, we are thrilled to offer a wonderful variety of incentives and prizes for children, teens, and adults. We look forward to sharing a summer filled with books, learning, and fun with our community.

It's a Dinosaur Dig!

Join us on our front lawn & sidewalk for some dinosaur fun. We will have numerous stations set up for our Dinosaur Dig-Saturday, June 13th!

Our kick-off event will have games, activities, popcorn, and cotton candy.

All ages are invited to sign up for Summer Reading and take home their first books of the summer.

No registration is needed for this free kick-off event.

Our formal Book Club has taken the summer off but that doesn't mean you need to stop reading! You're invited to come to this informal gathering to share what you're reading, maybe a new author or genre you've found, or get suggestions from other book lovers.

Choose from the 10 a.m. or 6:30 p.m. session on Thursday, June 11th. No registration is needed.

Do you have the urge to write but don't know how to begin? Ages 12-18 are invited to our Teen Writing Workshop to create a story and get your questions answered.

This free event will feature "Reader's Favorite" authors Chrissy Hartmann and Cyndi Brec. We will meet at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9th and Wednesday, June 10th. Come to one or both sessions.
