Join us for Orting’s annual Home for the Holidays celebration and showcase your business, handmade goods, crafts, treats, or other products during this festive community event!

🏓 Pickleball Players — Help Us Share the Courts!

We’re excited to see our community enjoying Orting’s pickleball courts! As more players hit the courts, please help keep play fun, friendly, and fair for everyone by following these simple guidelines:

✅ If no one is waiting: Enjoy your game! If other courts are available, play as long as you’d like.

⏱️ When players are waiting:
• Games are played to 11 points, win by 2.
• After each game, all four players rotate off to give the next group a chance to play.

📅 First Come, First Served: The City is not currently taking reservations for the pickleball courts. All play is first come, first served.

A few friendly reminders: wear proper athletic shoes, keep bikes, skateboards, scooters and pets off the courts, leave the area clean, and please remember that alcohol, to***co, va**ng and glass containers are not permitted.

🥋 Exciting news, Orting families! We're thrilled to introduce a brand-new Youth Karate Program this fall!

Open to kids ages 7–11, this program is a fantastic opportunity for young ones to build confidence, develop discipline, and have a blast — all in a safe, supportive environment.

📅 Starting: September 4th
📆 Day: Friday evenings, 5:30pm & 6:30pm
👦👧 Ages: 7–11

Whether your child is brand new to martial arts or looking to build on some basics, this program is a great fit. You don't have to be an Orting resident to participate!
