Reminder: please keep your pets on a leash while outside your house / fenced in yard.

The city has an ordinance that says pets are not supposed to roam free.

We've been made aware that the ladder and floor was broken on the swim dock. We're working on the repairs, but use caution if you're down there.

Reminder of the HOA Meeting today- 1373 Dogwood at 9:30.

This year's Annual HOA Meeting will be THIS Sunday- June 14th at 9:30 am.

We'll have it at 1373 Dogwood on The Patio. Bring a chair.

(I think I can make this work for those that can't be there in person.)
