Mitchell County Public Health now has FREE radon test kits available for Mitchell County homeowners thanks to grant funding in partnership with Combat Cancer and Marion County Public Health.

๐Ÿ“ Pick up your kit at Mitchell County Public Health, 415 Pleasant St., Osage. Kits are intended for homeowners testing their own dwelling and are not available for rental properties.

๐Ÿ’‰ Regular Flu Vaccine vs. High-Dose Flu Vaccine โ€” Whatโ€™s the Difference?

Both vaccines help protect against the flu, but adults 65 and older may benefit from the high-dose flu vaccine, which is designed to create a stronger immune response.

Mitchell County Public Health will have both regular and high-dose flu vaccine available, so you can receive the option thatโ€™s right for you.
