Thank you to Shop on State for the grant this past year allowing us to purchase new mats! After almost a year of delays due to supply chain issues, and our original color choice becoming unavailable, our students are finally enjoying them!

Our final week of PE focuses on healthy choices and the Iowa Health Choice Challenge. Work on these goals each day this Summer. 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, 2 hours or less of recreational screen time, 1 hour or more of physical activity/exercise and 0 sugary drinks. Enjoy your Summer and keep moving!

Find instructions and video demonstrations of all Field day events at these links. Try an event or 2 each day or do as many as you can in one day. Challenge family members to the event and see if you can beat them. Work on winning and losing with the right attitude and as always TRY YOUR BEST! HAVE FUN!
