Just a few reminders for the upcoming week.....

Picking up food drive bags on Saturday November 11th at 9am. Meeting at the food pantry then will go from there and pick up bags and bring back to food pantry.

That night from 5 to 7 at Applebees in Paola we will be greeting the Veterans and will do the Pledge of Allegiance at 6pm.

Cindy Stanley Schwalm has asked if any scouts or scouters and parents can be at the church at 10 am on Monday to help with funeral.

Could you also have the scouts bring any pictures the have of Wayne to the committee meeting. I would like to have them on display at the visitation on Wed. I will come and pick up at the meeting. If they want back put name on back.

The following is from Cindy Stanley Schwalm. Today I lost my best friend and love, Wayne Schwalm. I want to let everyone know how much we appreciate all the love and prayers being sent our way even if we don't acknowledge each individually. We are having a visitation this coming Wednesday evening (10/4) at Koonantz funeral home in ft Scott, 6 to 7 p.m. and full services on Monday the 9th, visitation at 1230 p.m. with services beginning at 130 at the First Presbyterian Church in Osawatomie. Burial in Clarksburg cemetery just south of ft Scott. Please tag any one you may know that knew Wayne. Thank you and love you all.

For those of you can help. We are doing a concession stand on September 30 from 2pm to 7pm at John Brown Park. Is it for the free concert in the park that the library is sponsoring. Kelly Daggett will be heading this up.
