Mountain Top Fire Co. Ambulance Service We are licensed as a Basic Life Support agency serving the Sandy Ridge/Osceola Mills area. Main Station-392 State Street, Sandy Ridge, PA 16677.

We are recognized at the expert level for pediatric care through the Voluntary Child Recognition program. Mountain Top Fire Company owns and operates two Basic Life Support ambulances licensed through the Pennsylvania Department of Health. We are also recognized at the MASTER LEVEL of providing pediatric care in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We provide acute emergency care to the sick and inju

Save the date. The Homecoming Celebration is scheduled for Thursday, August 6th through Saturday, August 8th. Opportunities for 50-50 chances are available. Please send us a message if you are willing to sell them. We will also be in attendance at Heritage Days and Houtzdale Days. Please help us and contact your state representative and state senator and encourage them to support HB 1152 and SB 1342 requiring insurance companies to send payment directly to the EMS agency and not the subscriber.

The Mountain Top Fire Co. Ambulance Service would like to express our best wishes to Katie Reese, Lititia Buck, and David Overcast, as they embark their journey on advancing their EMS careers. Katie and Lititia are both EMSVOs with our service beginning in 2024 and 2025 respectively, and are enrolled in EMT class. Katie is attending the Bender Safety & Training Corporation while Lititia is enrolled at Moshannon Valley EMS Public Safety Training Institute. David is currently a newly certified EMT and just joined our service this past month and is enrolled through the Bender Safety & Training Corporation to become an Advanced EMT.
