Starting MONDAY, JUNE 22, we will be taking appointments for processing Boat and ATV registrations in person. You may still call, and we can accomplish processing what you need through the drop box and phone if you are uncomfortable coming in.

We will also start taking appointments for processing applications for passports, starting MONDAY, JULY 6th. (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) We will ask that all parties necessary be present, that you have your paperwork completed, all necessary documents, your method of payment (check or money order) with you at the time of your appointment. The passport agency has notified us that they are experiencing significant delays due to their reduced passport operations in March. At this time, they have suspended expedited services and have not updated their processing times page. It still states to expect significant delays due to Covid-19.

We will continue to accept mail, email, drop box, phone calls, and electronic submission which has kept us doing business as “usual” for the last 3 months. We would ask that you follow Covid-19 guidelines when coming for your appointment, if you have symptoms or are feeling sick, please do not come for your appointment. If you’ve been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with the Corona Virus, please do not come into our office for 14 days.

You will be asked a series of questions before you are allowed to enter for your appointment. You will also be asked to wear a mask. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call. Our number is 641-342-3313 #Recorder
