You must submit your request online before visiting LEAVEN. Walk-in requests are not available for tornado relief assistance.

The Winnebago County Tornado Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) is now available in a printable version for residents and organizations helping people recover from the July 27 tornado.

The printable resource includes information and connections for a variety of recovery needs and will be updated weekly. The online MARC will continue to be updated more frequently as resources and information change.

Because information can change quickly, the printable version will be available in English only so we can keep it as current and accurate as possible. UPDATE: Wisconsin Emergency Management will assist in helping get future versions translated.

We are also sharing it with agencies and organizations that can help residents who need translation or language assistance.

Please help us get these resources into the hands of people who need them:

➡️ Print copies for residents, clients, employees or neighbors.
➡️ Post copies where people in the community can easily find them.

HELP – Homeless, Eviction, and Loss Prevention

HELP is a service driven program, providing resources through walk-ins and phone calls, along with supportive and intensive case management services to our community with a focus on housing stability and eviction prevention.

Are you struggling with unstable housing? Struggling to keep up on rent/mortgage payments?

Is your housing instability leading to a possible eviction/foreclosure?

Have you received a Notice to Vacate by your landlord and are having difficulty finding a new place?

Do you need assistance getting connected with local community resources?

If your answer is yes to any of these, please reach out as soon as possible to allow HELP time to brainstorm ways to better assist with your housing needs
