Have no fear, we did not forget about Veteran's Day or our veterans at all! This year we have been pushing harder to help and give back through more involvment in our community and this was our newest opportunity given to us by the Oshkosh Veteran's Resource Center . We helped in sponsoring a lunch for veterans that are apart of the UW-Oshkosh community!

As conservatives, we strongly stand against racism, sexism, homophobia, and all other forms of discrimination.

An individual who was a former member of our group made a racist and homophobic statement regarding our Chairman's campaign for Student Body President that was deeply offensive towards the other two candidates.

Oshkosh College Republicans have zero tolerance for racism, bigotry, and any form of discrimination. We have removed the individual from our club and are in full support of him facing the greatest consequences.

Ian Mcdonald is a sophomore at UW Oshkosh. Ian sits on the Board for the Winnebago County Republican Party, is a member of Oshkosh College Republicans, and has previously interned with Senator Ron Johnson. Ian first got interested in politics when he saw George W. Bush campaign in Wisconsin at age 5, and has been excited about advocating for a productive Republican agenda ever since.
