***Important Refund Policy Update***

Effective January 1st, 2026 the Building Inspections Division will no longer offer refunds for any issued permits (Building, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing).

This policy change ensures that contractors operating within the City of Oshkosh meet the same expectations as those in surrounding communities; fostering uniformity and fairness across the region.
