Mental health is deeply connected to every part of our well-being, from physical health and sleep to relationships, stress, and sense of purpose. When one area is out of balance, it can affect the others, which is why caring for your mental health means looking at the full picture.

This mental health month, reflect on what wellness looks like for you. Whether thatโ€™s moving your body, connecting with others, or making time to rest, small steps each day can build lifelong habits.

Visit wisc.extension.edu to explore extensions free mental wellness programs.

Extension will be closed Monday, May 25th. We will return with normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26th.
