A Washington State Supreme Court justice is one of the highest judges in our state. They serve on the Washington State Supreme Court, the highest court in Washington. Their job is to review major legal cases, interpret state laws, and decide whether laws follow the Washington State Constitution. Their rulings set legal precedent, meaning lower courts across Washington must follow their decisions. They are elected statewide by voters and serve six-year terms.
In some cases involving corporations or large organizations appealing a lower court’s decision, this court can rule against them and uphold decisions that hold them accountable under the law.

There was a town hall in Kennewick regarding housing S*x Offenders. Instead of asking a question, WA-04 Candidate Jerrod Sesslor uses this opportunity to instead make a Political Stunt. Jerrod says

"Up on the screen are our state legislators. God bless them, but they're fighting against people who want to approve pe******ia."
Source of video: YouTube "LIVE: Town Hall Meeting on proposed s*x offender housing in Kennewick"

Considering that the Epstein File Transparency Act was only able to come to light due to a 218th signature from AZ-07 Adelita Grijalva, and not our own Dan Newhouse (let alone hardly any Republicans), it's a very high chance that Jerrod Sesslor would also not sign the petition, as only 4 of the 218 signatures were Republican. The Parties only acted when they were placed on the record and voted 427-1, with 5 sitting out the vote.

427(Democrats & Republicans)YEA-1(R)NAY, with 5 not voting, (2-R, 3-D).

The last thing our country needs is division and lies. For this reason, we emphasize the importance to allow Mr. Sesslor to lose this primary as well as ICE backer, Trump supported, Amanda McKinney.
