Yesterday, May 4th 2026 was International Fire Fighters Day. Ironically our son Mike, spent the evening and most of the night fighting wildfires in Northern Michigan. Multiple departments from many counties away were needed to assist as high winds that brought down additional sparking electrical lines. Lots of evacuations... but no home structures lost and no injuries. Thanks, God, for the calming of the wind and the rain sprinkles that started to fall to assist the courageous efforts of so many FIRST RESPONDERS.

On 4/20/2020 I had a major stroke. My HEAVENLY FATHER... our HEAVENLY FATHER took ALL the symptoms and issues away in 36 hours. Doctors, nurses and physical therapists stood with their mouths open in shock and disbelief. I was able to tell them it was a miracle GOD DID. God was/is not done with the books He wrote before the foundation of the earth about me! Psalm 139:13-16.

To all our Vietnam Vets. Today we say thanks to all of you. MANY of you had to go... you had no choice. We appreciate you and we are glad you made it home. Please forgive the actions, attitudes and remarks of many Americans when you returned home. We pray today for the horrible physical, mental, emotional, marital and family issues many of you face as a result of your service to US(A). GOD BLESS YOU, all your families and your haunting memories of your brothers that did not return. We are so glad you did. Thanks for all you gave up. Please wear your Vietnam veteran hats, bumper stickers and your stickers on your cars windows. I want to say THANKS!
